- 1 cup diced turkey bacon
- 1 cup diced chicken ham
- 2 cups chopped bell peppers
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups shredded cheese

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
