- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup vegan butter
- 1 packet instant yeast
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons almond milk (for icing)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon beet juice (for color)
- In a bowl, mix warm almond milk and yeast; let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add melted vegan butter, sugar, and salt; stir well.
- Gradually add flour and knead until smooth.
