  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup amaretto liqueur
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, heat the cream over medium heat until it begins to simmer.
  2. Remove from heat and add the chopped chocolate, stirring until smooth.
  3. Stir in the amaretto liqueur until well combined.
  4. Refrigerate the mixture for about 2 hours, or until firm.
  5. Once firm, use a small scoop to form balls and roll them in cocoa powder or chopped nuts.

Notes

  • For a stronger flavor, you can add an extra tablespoon of amaretto to the mixture.
  • These truffles can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
