Turtle Cheesecake is a decadent dessert that combines rich chocolate, creamy cheesecake, and crunchy nuts.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 cups cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Mix crushed graham crackers and melted butter; press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips and pour the mixture over the crust.
  6. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until set.
  7. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  8. Drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle with pecans before serving.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
