  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 large onion
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme

Instructions

  1. Start by frying the turkey bacon in a pot until crispy, then remove and set aside.
  2. Add olive oil to the pot and sauté the onions and garlic until fragrant.
