  • 2 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 large potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. Add olive oil to the pot and sauté chopped onions and garlic until fragrant.
