  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime for juicing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and cut the potatoes into quarters.
