6 large eggs
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
1 turkey bacon strip, cooked and crumbled
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
Instructions
Hard boil the eggs, then cool them in ice water.
Peel the eggs, slice them in half, and remove the yolks.
In a bowl, mash the yolks with mayonnaise, chili garlic sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper.
Fold in the crumbled turkey bacon and chives.
Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
Garnish with extra chives if desired.
Notes
For a milder flavor, reduce the amount of chili garlic sauce.
