  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 8 ounces rice noodles
  • 2 cups chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and beef broth.
  2. Add the beef chuck roast, ensuring it’s well coated with the sauce.
  3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until the beef is tender.
  4. Remove the beef, shred it, and return it to the slow cooker.
  5. Prepare the rice noodles according to package instructions and add them to the slow cooker.
  6. Stir in chopped green onions and sesame oil before serving.
