- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 can (28 ounces) crushed tomatoes
- 6 large eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
