  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1 cup whole milk, warmed
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, dissolve yeast in warm milk and let sit until foamy.
  3. Add the yeast mixture and eggs to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
  4. Knead in the softened butter until smooth.
  5. Let the dough rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1 hour.
  6. Roll out the dough, spread raspberries on top, and roll it into a loaf.
  7. Place the loaf in a greased pan and let rise again.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 30-35 minutes until golden.
