  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 8 ounces pasta of your choice
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy.
  3. Add the shredded chicken and frozen vegetables to the skillet.
  4. Stir in the cream of chicken soup and chicken broth, mixing well.
  5. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. Simmer for about 5 minutes until heated through.
  7. Add the cooked pasta and mix until combined.
  8. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top and cover until the cheese melts.
