Ingredients

  • 1 can crescent roll dough
  • 2 cups fresh peaches, diced
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the diced peaches with sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, and vanilla.
  3. Unroll the crescent dough and cut it into triangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the peach mixture on the wide end of the triangle and roll it up.
  5. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with brown sugar.
  6. Arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let cool before serving.
