  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the Parmesan cheese, basil, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each chicken cutlet in the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
