- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
