4 slices turkey bacon
3 cups coleslaw mix
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
3 tablespoons coconut aminos
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1 tablespoon green onions, chopped
Instructions
In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crisp. Remove and crumble.
In the same skillet, add ground turkey and cook until browned.
Add garlic and ginger; sauté for a minute.
Stir in coleslaw mix and cook until wilted.
