  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 3 cups coleslaw mix
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
  • 3 tablespoons coconut aminos
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crisp. Remove and crumble.
  2. In the same skillet, add ground turkey and cook until browned.
  3. Add garlic and ginger; sauté for a minute.
  4. Stir in coleslaw mix and cook until wilted.
  5. Add coconut aminos and sesame oil, mixing well.
