- 8 ounces elbow macaroni
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped spinach
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a large pot, combine the vegetable broth and macaroni. Bring to a boil.
- Add the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, then reduce heat and simmer until the pasta is al dente.
