  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup whipped topping

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, and melted butter to form the crust.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie pan and refrigerate.
  3. In another bowl, mix sweetened condensed milk, cream cheese, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Fold in shredded coconut and chopped pecans into the mixture.
  5. Spread the mixture over the chilled crust.
  6. Top with whipped topping.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For added flavor, you can toast the coconut and pecans before adding them to the pie.
