  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas and mix in the melted butter.
  3. Add the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract, and mix well.
  4. Sprinkle the baking soda and salt over the mixture and mix in.
  5. Add the flour and stir until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Fill each mini muffin cup about 2/3 full with the batter.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Allow to cool before serving.
