  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, mix sugar and cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add in marshmallow fluff and vanilla extract, and mix well.
  5. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Pour the cheesecake filling into the crust and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes, then let cool to room temperature before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
