A delicious fusion of classic mac and cheese and quesadillas, featuring savory turkey bacon.

  • 2 cups cooked macaroni
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine cooked macaroni, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, turkey bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Mix well.
  2. Spread a layer of the mixture on half of each tortilla.
  3. Fold the tortillas over to cover the filling.
  4. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Place the quesadillas in the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  6. Slice into wedges and serve hot.
