  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. Dredge the chicken in flour, shaking off the excess.
