8 slices turkey bacon
1 pound lean beef, sliced thin
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 onion, sliced
2 cups provolone cheese, shredded
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the onion and bell pepper. Sauté until softened.
Add the sliced beef to the skillet, followed by garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until the beef is browned.
Take slices of turkey bacon and lay them on a baking sheet. Add the beef mixture on top followed by shredded provolone cheese.
Roll up the bacon and fill, securing with a toothpick if necessary.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes until the bacon is crispy and the cheese is melted.
