  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup sliced carrots
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add shrimp to the pan and cook until they turn pink.
  4. Pour the honey garlic mixture over the shrimp and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, steam broccoli and carrots until tender.
  6. Serve the shrimp over rice and top with steamed vegetables and chopped green onions.
