Enjoy this delicious and unique twist on the classic Reuben sandwich, featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham for a delightful bake.

  • 12 slices bread
  • 8 ounces turkey bacon
  • 8 ounces chicken ham
  • 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Russian dressing
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Layer slices of bread on the bottom of a baking dish.
  3. Crumble turkey bacon and layer it over the bread.
  4. Add chicken ham on top of the turkey bacon.
  5. Spread sauerkraut over the chicken ham.
  6. Sprinkle Swiss cheese on top.
  7. Drizzle Russian dressing evenly over the ingredients.
  8. Top with remaining bread slices.
  9. Pour melted butter over the top layer of bread.
  10. Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add some horseradish to the Russian dressing.
  • Feel free to use rye bread for a more traditional flavor.
