  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 1 pound beef steak, sliced thin
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced beef steak and cook until browned.
  3. Add the diced onion and green bell pepper. Sauté until the vegetables are soft.
