- 8 ounces elbow macaroni
- 1 pound beef steak, sliced thin
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced beef steak and cook until browned.
