These High Protein Egg Muffins are a perfect solution for a quick and healthy meal prep. Packed with turkey bacon and loaded with protein, they’re easy to make and great for busy mornings.

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup chopped turkey bacon
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (your choice)
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Stir in the turkey bacon, bell peppers, cheese, and green onions.
  4. Grease a muffin tin and pour the mixture into each cup.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are golden and the muffins have set.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before removing from the tin.
