Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Slice the bananas into rounds.
  2. Spread a small amount of peanut butter on each banana slice.
  3. Top with another banana slice to create a sandwich.
  4. Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together until smooth.
  5. Dip each banana sandwich into the melted chocolate.
  6. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Sprinkle with sea salt and freeze until solid.

Notes

  • For added flavor, try using flavored peanut butter.
