  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.
  4. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add meatballs and brown on all sides.
  6. Transfer the browned meatballs to a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
  7. Serve with tzatziki sauce.
