This Fall Harvest Pasta Salad is a delightful blend of flavors and textures, featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta of your choice
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup cooked chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup diced cucumbers
  • 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, chicken ham, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, and parsley.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
