- 2 eggs
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup peas and carrots mix
- 2 green onions, sliced
