This Egg Fried Rice is a simple yet delicious recipe that combines chicken ham and turkey bacon for a tasty meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup peas and carrots mix
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion and garlic; sauté until fragrant and translucent.
  3. Push the onion and garlic to the side of the skillet and pour in the eggs. Scramble until fully cooked.
  4. Add the cooked rice, chicken ham, turkey bacon, and peas and carrots. Stir to combine.
  5. Pour the soy sauce over the mixture and stir fry for a few minutes.
  6. Garnish with green onions before serving.

Notes

  • For best results, use day-old rice for a better texture.
