A delicious low carb chicken casserole featuring turkey bacon, perfect for quick family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup broccoli, chopped
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, turkey bacon, broccoli, and half of the cheddar cheese.
  3. In another bowl, mix cream cheese, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Pour the cream mixture over the chicken mixture and stir until well combined.
  5. Transfer to a greased baking dish and top with remaining cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.

  • For additional flavor, consider adding diced bell peppers or other vegetables.
