This Easy Gingerbread Tiramisu is a delightful twist on the classic dessert, perfect for the holiday season.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup brewed coffee
  • 1/2 cup gingerbread syrup
  • 2 cups mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 24 gingerbread cookies
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the brewed coffee and gingerbread syrup.
  2. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream and sugar until soft peaks form.
  3. Gently fold in the mascarpone cheese and vanilla extract.
  4. Dip each gingerbread cookie briefly in the coffee mixture and layer them in a dish.
  5. Add a layer of the mascarpone mixture over the cookies. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  7. Before serving, dust with cocoa powder.

Notes

  • For a stronger ginger flavor, add a pinch of ground ginger to the mascarpone mixture.
