  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  3. Add garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Add spinach and cooked shrimp back to the skillet. Stir to combine and heat through.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Top with crispy bacon before serving.
