1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
2 cups fresh spinach
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Instructions
In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
Add garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Stir in the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Add spinach and cooked shrimp back to the skillet. Stir to combine and heat through.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Top with crispy bacon before serving.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
