- 4 chicken breasts
- 100 grams butter
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups breadcrumbs
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
- In a bowl, mix softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, dill, salt, and pepper. Chill the mixture.
- Flatten the chicken breasts and place a spoonful of the butter mixture inside each. Fold the chicken to seal.
- Coat each piece in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and roll in breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan, and fry the chicken until golden brown on all sides.
- Transfer to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
