  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 100 grams butter
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, dill, salt, and pepper. Chill the mixture.
  3. Flatten the chicken breasts and place a spoonful of the butter mixture inside each. Fold the chicken to seal.
  4. Coat each piece in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and roll in breadcrumbs.
  5. Heat oil in a pan, and fry the chicken until golden brown on all sides.
  6. Transfer to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
