  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the cooked chicken, half of the cheese, onion, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  3. Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture and roll them up.
  4. Place the rolled tortillas in a baking dish and pour enchilada sauce over the top.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top of the sauce.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
