These crispy spinach and feta snacks are perfect for a guilt-free indulgence.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup chickpea flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix chopped spinach, feta cheese, chickpea flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form small balls of the mixture and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the tops of the balls.
