  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush olive oil on top of each fillet.
  5. Press the cheese mixture onto the fillets to form a crust.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
