- 1 pound salmon fillets
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix mayo, sriracha, and honey in a bowl.
- Coat salmon in the mixture and then dip in panko breadcrumbs.
- Place salmon on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes.
