- 2 cups water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 4 sheets nori
- Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- In a pot, combine the sushi rice and water, then bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, mix the sugar and rice vinegar until dissolved, then stir into the cooked rice.
- Let the rice cool to room temperature.
- Place a sheet of nori on a bamboo mat. Spread a thin layer of rice on the nori, leaving space at the edges.
- Add a layer of sliced strawberries and whipped cream on the rice.
- Carefully roll the mat, pressing gently to form a log. Seal the edge with a little water.
- Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces and sprinkle with shredded coconut.
- Repeat with remaining ingredients.
