A delicious and creamy pasta dish featuring courgette, garlic, and Parmesan cheese.

  • 200 grams rigati pasta
  • 2 medium courgettes, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 50 grams Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the rigati pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced courgettes and cook until tender.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese, mixing until well combined.
  5. Drain the pasta and add it to the sauce, mixing until the pasta is fully coated.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.
