  • 1 pound boneless chicken breast
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cooked pasta
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, combine the chicken broth and diced tomatoes. Bring to a simmer.
  2. Add the boneless chicken breast and cook until no longer pink. Remove and shred the chicken.
  3. Stir in the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, basil, salt, and pepper.
