  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a saucepan, combine pomegranate juice, honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer until thickened.
