- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 can (21 ounces) cherry pie filling
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Then stir in the vanilla and almond extract.
