- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition. Stir in flour, sour cream, and heavy cream until smooth.
- Pour the filling over the crust in the springform pan.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set.
- Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven for 1 hour. Remove from oven and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
