  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition. Stir in flour, sour cream, and heavy cream until smooth.
  5. Pour the filling over the crust in the springform pan.
  6. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set.
  7. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven for 1 hour. Remove from oven and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • Top with whipped cream or fresh berries for added flavor.
  • For a festive touch, add a sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg on top.
