  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add sour cream and rum, mixing until combined.
  5. Slice bananas and fold into the mixture.

  7. Let cool before removing the springform pan.
