1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, and sugar.
Add melted butter, eggs, and vanilla; stir until combined.

In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
