  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups apples, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/3 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla.
  4. Fold in diced apples and pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the center is set.
