  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
  3. Add the rolled oats, honey, almond butter, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt. Mix until well combined.

  5. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
